Default 100NL Hand Reading

OK so here's my first official post on here. Villain was a 15/4/.87 over 1k hands. He is a 100NL regular but I haven't seen him take this line before.

Put him on a range here and what can i make this river call with?

Is this his range or ours? What can we call with if this is villain's range (which i disagree with btw).

What other hand do you think he is checking 2 streets with in a 3-bet pot then overbet shoving?

he has quads or top boat. Your roommate should theoritically be calling with nothing cuz he has neither of these.

Is a villian as tight as this overbetting a river like that? I am not saying anyone is wrong here, I am just curious as to how come he can never call with AJ and KJ preflop cause he is an uber tight cautious player, but he will overbet the river like woah.
