Default Nut draw facing a flop lead

Villian is 26/20/5.6 through 260 hands he seems kind of lost in the game, probably the fish at the table. I think he may have just moved up levels or is maybe from another site. I have been raising about 15% of hands at this table. He calls a lot out of position i.e. the blinds and normally folds to cbets, or cbet then turn bet. I have yet to see him lead into me, is this a red flag? Or could he just be trying to switch it up on me? Is it wrong to give him that much credit?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($623)
BB ($426.20)
UTG ($186)
MP ($1766.20)
Hero ($400)
Button ($400)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $16, 1 fold, SB calls $14, 1 fold.

Flop: ($36) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

SB bets $28

Hero?

Final Pot: $36

I put him on a range of hands:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 46.6063 % 46.58% 00.03% {AhQh}
Hand 2: 53.3937 % 53.37% 00.03% {QQ-88,33,A9s,JTs,T9s,98s,A9o,T9o }

Is that a good range given information on villian?

Given that, is my best move to make it 90 on the flop, flat call? What is my move if he pushes my 90 bet?

Thanks

I like a raise to $75ish and fold to a big 3-bet. If he just calls your raise, and you don't improve, you can take the free card on the turn, getting to see the river cheaply.

just curious what you all think about this line,

what about calling the flop then pushing any non-heart turn, if the turn is a heart, call turn, and push river??

Raise, if reraised, push. If pushed on, call

I like a call here with the nut draw.

If you raise and he has 98/set, he rr and you wont like it. If he has flush draw, he may fold. The only time I like the raise here is when he has something like T9, and he'll fold the better hand. With a non nut flush draw I like raise better on this flop.

I also just prefer calling here but raising the pot and taking free turn card or getting it all in if he pushes you seem like fine lines as well.
