I dont know if this is the right forum, but why the hell do these amatuers constantly talk to pros during hands? Im watching Negranu get info left and right from these guys ( on of the even keeps showing him his hands after DN folds)
Am I missing something here? It seems as though you have nothing to gain and everything to lose. |

That's DN's M.O.. He makes you feel like he's your friend playing at some home game. People talk a lot and show crads at home games.

He makes them think this is just a big frat party so lets have some fun. In an interview from a long time ago he talked about how, when he was starting out in Toronto, he had to make the game fun for the losers or they would just go down the street to another game. Maybe it's just his outgoing personality, but I think that's where he learned how much was to be gained by creating a party atmosphere. |

After hearing that I was surprised that he kept showing DN his hand. |

You should never talk to the cops without a lawyer, and you should never talk to a pro during a hand. But everybody does it anyway.
The best was the slowplay AA guy against Hellmuth saying "450?! Okay I call." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA |

I finally got around to watching the last two episodes of the Tunica Circuit event, and here's what I thought was hilarious:
Bryant King shows his hand to Daniel Negreanu twice in a row after Daniel folds on the flop. The next hand Bryant folds on the flop, and Daniel correctly states that he (Daniel) had both the best hand and the best draw. Bryant's response, "I don't believe it, I must be too easy to read." |
