Default Overdrawn with Neteller, Firepay, and IGM Pay

I am in trouble like you would not belive! I have made about $1300 in charges with these accounts that I cannot repay right away! What should I do? I know the first thing to do is to quit gambling but, should I contact them and let them know? The charges were all made today and have not hit the bank. Has anyone had this problem before? I am looking to sell some stuff and try and get the money but, the charges are going to hit my bank and be returned so I dont know what to do? Am I going to go to jail? Please help!!!!!!!!

If this serious, no youre not going to jail. Your credit rating is going to suck, since they will report it to all the credit agencies, but there is a good chanced that they wont proceed further than that. I dont know their legal status in the US, but they may well fear pressing things too hard because they fund gambling sites, and their business is in jeopardy if a lot of cases like yours went public and spurred the government to shut down internet gambling.

That said, the best course of action is to contact them and work out a repayment plan. You can almost certainly negotiate zero interest. The amounts at each site are too small for them to take much action other than turning it over to a collection company for pennies on the dollar. A repayment plan is in their best interest.

I would also write to any internet site you have an account with and tell them you want it closed.

you are going to get hit with NSF fees even if you do contact them, because you've already made the transaction. if you do not pay, eventually a plain clothes officer will pay you a visit, it's serious, if you don't establish a repayment plan as the above poster suggested, you will get taken to court eventually. but you've got time, contact them now though so they don't forward their case to the abuse department, and if at all possible, LIE and say you accidentally entered the wrong amount.
