PartyPoker is choppy and some tables disappear

I'm at wit's end. I just got a brand new Dell Precision 380 Workstation with the 30in 2590x1600 monitor (geforce fx4400), expecting everything to be perfect, but its not.

I am getting intermittent delays, like split second freezes in Partypoker which cause serious annoyances when multiple games are opened. Also, if I open an additional table without moving the first table aside, the additional table will not show up.

Support has yet been unable to help me, and I've tried almost everything (restarted and reinstalled everything, got the latest drivers, also tested on my old comp with the same connection and everythings fine)

Has anyone else seen this problem?
