Wynn management: pathetically incompetent? or just plain jerks?

I've been to the Wynn twice, but isn't it very common knowledge that the day floor (Jesse) is an ass. That's been mentioned by almost every Wynn reg in every Wynn post.

The thing that bothers me the most isn't moving the game (although that seems dumb). It's refusing to tell people why. One of the things that people in customer service (field in which I work) [censored] up constantly is sharing information. When you screw somebody over and don't tell them why, they don't mind the screwing nearly so much as the not knowing why.
