Ketchup is a nasty condiment with meat anyways. Destroys the flavor imo.
Use soy sauce with pork. Or dijon. |

pork is a fine source of protein and a nice change of pace from what most people eat, although ketchup is lame... the broccoli is maybe 10g of carbs, but some of that is gonna be fiber... |
