There are certain reads on the CO that will make you look stupid, others that will make you look brilliant and others that make the hand look standard.
Alternatively, I bet you made a vow early in the night "never fold K-high on the river, post the winning ones in BBV and label as `brilliant'" and lost $10k in the process. |

Once you reach the river that way, the river call is standard against most opponents. Just think about the range of hands he can follow through on the turn. (any lone heart plus any flopped straight draws on the flop)
