1. Can I deposit with a VISA gift card? I'm in the US, if it matters.
2. How in the hell do I call them? I searched high and low on their site and from what I see they don't have a phone number.

The phone number pops up when your deposit fails for whatever reason.

Their cashier phone number is 1-888-TILT-PAY I believe. If it's not 888, it's 800, but I'm 95% sure it's 1-888.
