Fold preflop without a specific reason to do otherwise. Raise flop to like $3 (I just interpret that minbet as a check, and I definitely would have bet if checked to). As played, you can shove river. He'll call you with every jack he has, all lower flushes, and 98 for the straight. So much value here.

thank you for the comments. my concern was the flop was unlikely to hit anybody. i guess i was trying to squeeze some more value out. but it back fired at the end lol. the villain caught the backdoor nut flush

Please raise this flop, and not just for value. You need to raise flop to disallow villains from getting the right odds to draw (ie inside straight draw with T9).
