why would anyone bother to hate the travel forum? wtf? does this have anything to do with tuq's opinion that anyone with 3k posts should be able to use OOT as their personal menupages?

LOL, nice.

There is ample reason to hate the Travel forum. A mod of this site even contacted me via AIM recently about his frustrations with having to post there.

I have no idea where you're going with this, but my point is that someone "esteemed" enough to be considered a 2+2 mod was frustrated by its existence. Which makes two of us.

i'm assuming you are saying they were frustrated not by the travel forum's existence, but by the fact that their travel-related thread was not welcome in OOT, which it may well not have been even before the travel forum's existence.

no to the thumb,

I am frustrated by every thread in that forum's existence vs. it existing in a much more highly trafficked forum, be it OOT or BBV or even the Lounge or El D. Honestly I think this is something we could agree on if you weren't so dead set on disagreeing with me on every OOT-related content discussion.

tuq,

i have had more or less the same opinions about OOT for quite a while, don't flatter yourself into thinking it's personal

i have no problem with those threads happening in any of those forums... hell you are a mod of the lounge right? make it happen bro
