Didn't know you needed quotes. So here's a quote.
"In the violent and war torn world in which we live, a comprehensive knowledge of the weapons of warfare is essential for the well-being of all the children. But when they are very young, they are still too small to be conduct military operations on foreign soil all by themselves. And it would be most impractical to have them carrying out murderous rampages on domestic soil. This is where violent videogames come in. The games should be extremely violent, the bloodier the better, and the children should play these games all day long. They should not waste their time with any other types of activities, except possibly smoking, which will make them feel more adult-like. It is my hope that the small children will grow up fast and learn the ways of high tech ultraviolence before it is too late. For one day they shall truly be America's Army."
