Poker Tracker Refusing to Give New Product Key?

I've had it happen that they refused to send me the key after I did a reinstall twice on the same day (messed up something and decided to start all over again). I got the same message as OP and then they went silent to further emails.

I didn't fight this for too long because I got a key somewhere else and haven't emailed with support since.
