i agree with kampfhase 100%
a friend of mine got one and we dumped it after about two hands for all the same reasons as kampfhase. even the most lazy, uncoordinated, people who really hate shuffling and dealing hated the stupid thing. just use two decks if you want to get rid of down time inbetween hands
