(Grunch)

I like it up until you folded. I think I'd call down.

All good except for the fold. Call it down, you are good way more often than you are beat here (even though I think you are up against trip 9 on this occasion).

I think you are up against AK or AA way more often than you are up against 99, A9, K9 from him, unless he is an idiot.

You took a shot on the flop and got check raised on the turn. This is usually an indication that your top pair medium kicker is no good. You can show it down and lose for 2BB although about the only reason I'd do that is get a read on villian.

screwplay screams he either:

1. is an idiot
2. hit a 9
3. flopped a set or top 2

you are good 1/3 of the time (the times he's an idiot) . That said, I probably call down for image/read. I fully expect to be losing the vast majority of the time.

It's when he bets flop, hero calls, then he check/raises turn.

whoops misread action slightly. Short of my definition of the play, I stand by what the action means

Pre-Flop:
People might disagree, but with all the dead money in there pre-flop, the lack of interest everyone so far has shown, and my position on the CO, I'm raising.

On the Flop:
As you played it, given all the players in the hand, all the money in the pot, and all the draws out there (straight and flushies), I'm calling the flop bet with the intention of raising a safe turn card.

On the Turn:
Villain's check is weird, but I think you have to grit your teeth and bet with all those draws still out there. After villain checkraises, seeing as how you have no read on him and that MP1 called two cold, I'm folding given that you easily could be drawing dead (or very slim) despite my hatred of folding when I'm getting about 15:1.
