Poker Tracker Refusing to Give New Product Key?

I have requested new product ID's like 4 times (for reinstalling it on the same PC, code changed) and got it every time, so I guess your story indeed sounds suspicious? Do you still have it on the old PC? AFAIK they can see which keys still get used.

Still no reply btw. I can't believe they'd be willing to f*ck a potentially geniune client (which is what I am!) over something like this.

If I wanted to f*ck them I'd get a keygen and steal it.

You can only have 2 active product ID's as I understand it, so I think you need to tell them which 2 product ID's you want to keep active. Your new one is one of them of course and the other is whichever one you want.

Since I am a crazy nut with hardware, I think I have requested a new key like 8 times ion two years. Most times I have received a new key within 2 hours.
