Salut.
I'm thinking that maybe we should B3B here since it's rainbow. I'm not sure if our range changes all that much if we 3bet instead of call. Only thing it might do is weight it more heavily towards stronger overpairs (QQ-AA) and less towards weaker (99-JJ). Do you think villain will continue with the hands in his range that we are way head of on the turn if we check to him? Feels very likely that he will check behind with one pair hands and bet anything that beats us. Sometimes he will also check turn with combos which sucks for us. |

[/ QUOTE ] the flop is dry he raises us a blank rolls off on turn what hand is he betting the turn with, that we are ahead of, to let us c/r [/ QUOTE ] CRAI offers the benefit of extracting maximum value from villain's bluffs. I really don't like 3 bombing the flop without more information. It is very likely it would fold out a ton of hands that we have crushed. Calling the flop and leading the turn looks to be best considering board texture. This line could get villain to shove over our bet with a very wide range, viewing us FOS. What is the best amount to lead the turn to get this result? I am leaning towards 1/2 pot. This way he will believe he has some FE with a shove. |
