Really think flatting turn is the best option here...call lots of rivers against this guy as he definitely gets out of line against regulars (2+2ers) from my experience.
Raising folds out worse hands, gets him to make moves on you when you don't want to see a move, or bloats the pot when he has aces up or a set.
