I fold here especially if it is a step tourney and if UTG is tigh (I assume he is seat 6). I think this is pretty standart. The min-raise looks suspicous and a guy who raises UTG and then pushes after a reraise seems pretty strong (QQ+, AK).

If UTG is really tight you could even find a fold after his UTG-Raise.
