Only played 3 hands against villain. Should I have folded this somewhere?

What are you thinking he has on the flop? What are you thinking he has on the turn? What happened on the river to make you think he had AA beat? I think you can raise the river here as well. You are more likely to see AJ - KK here than two pair or a set.

Er.... Can't fold now.
I also think you are better calling down after Villain 3 bets the flop. I can maybe make an arguement that raising the turn might get you a cheap showdown but with his aggression into you, I don't think you'd get it. So call the Turn. Call the River because it is one bet to you and 13.5 in the pot. Do you know the problem with an overpair? It only beats another pair or a "high card hand" LLL |

Yeah he obv has a set. I'd fold to the turn 3bet.

I would cap the flop and call down if he bets out the turn.

*grunch*
1. I cap the flop, why just call the 3-bet to raise again on the turn? 2. Once I cap the flop and villian leads out the turn, I check call down. He can easily have AJ, KK, QQ and be putting you on UI overs, don't be too shocked if you lose to a set though. |

This was kind of a bluff post to my friends the folders. Perhaps I should have chosen a trickier hand...
Results below: SB has Jd 5d (one pair, jacks). Hero has Ac Ad (one pair, aces). Outcome: Hero wins 14.50 BB. |
