LOL I'm sure we won't get one, because nobody seems to care about this. I'm kind of horrified by this. I mean, especially high stakes players should understand how screwed up this is. I totally understand that it probably some dude running the wrong program for a few hours in the morning sending out hand histories. But if someone came here and said:
Hey, I have 1000 hand history of the 25/50NL tables where you can see over 1000 hands exactly how all the high stakes regulars play, people in this forum would flip out. I know I would if someone got a hold of that for me.

Anyway, really surprised that across the board, this hasn't generated enough interested from anyone to even get FTP to comment, other than sending out an email to a few people saying:

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We apologize for the file that was sent to you earlier this day.

We have been having some issues with our hand history program that has
caused us to send you the file in a script which you should not have
access to.

We do not know whether you will be sharing this file with other
players,
but as respect for Full Tilt Poker, and fairness to the other players,
we ask that you delete these hand histories.

Unfortunately, the same error that is occurring is restricting us from
sending you the hand histories in the correct format. If you email us
back in around 24 hours we should be able to resend you the hand
histories.

Again, we apologize that this has happened, and we hope that you make
the correct decision.

Regards,
FTP

That email is a bit odd also because they told someone the program still wasn't working and to check back in 24 hours, but I know the program WAS working long before this email was sent out, because they sent me normal correct hand histories.

Oh for sure. I don't think anyone is going down that road. I mean, everyone wanted to swear off FTP when they had bots there and didn't acknowledge it/do anything about it, and obviously that was forgotten about pretty quickly. This is just one of those things that makes me wonder wtf they are doing with all the money they rake in, because it should really never ever be possible for someone to mess this up.

Hey, I am the other guy that this happened to. This is definately not good, and I'm pretty surprised more people aren't upset.
