This is my standard play for 100 BB. I've been called with middle and bottom pair, because they're sure I have a club draw and live donks don't fold.

the line you take is very situation dependent. against stronger players, i may also lead into the preflop raiser so that any reasonable raise commits him. your line is also reasonable against many players.
