Dont poker dealers make on average of 60 000 a yr full time wages and tips combined

I've considered bringing in some dealers for my games, but at our stakes and closed player pool, that's WAY too much money coming off the table every night. Money that belongs in my stack.

If I ever get my game up to larger stakes, more tables, and more turnover, I'll get dealers.
