Default Re: Do you think i can sue my isp over this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw2vhkqUvJU

(1) find a good ISP - if it doesn't work
(2) find a better ISP - if it doesn't work
(3) find a second ISP and have a back-up of your line

(O) find a better ISP with a guaranteed service.

I'm in the point 2 and I lose from $1 to $10 per month on average because of random failure (past experience). It's somewhat acceptable and since they solve the problems fast ... for now I have no reason to change.
In case they change there are always other ISPs. You can ask them.

In case you choose (O)ption you can sue them for what ever you have in the agreement. You can have there that they'll pay you $1.000.000 if the line is dropped-off for 2 seconds and you don't have to prove any loss then.
But your "I lost because I use [censored] IPS and I want to sue them for being bad is a real joke".

Take an agreement with fines in it and you are safe next time.
Do I have to mention it costs more?
