it's not really a big deal. They drop you out of a plane, just like skydiving... and it helps you track forward (skydivers do this without this suit.. it's how they get out of formations). Granted, you go forward a lot.. and it looks like a lot of fun. It would be pretty difficult to hit a bridge, though... since, y'know.. you start out about a mile up in the air.

Wingsuit Base Jumping
These guys base jump with them, and fly down the side of mountians. Watch how close they get, and when the guy buzzes the road. It is honestly one of the coolest videos I have ever watched.
