I have only posted a couple of times and still probably dont know how to show my graph but the last 3 months ive taken a massive downswing myself and have lost 15k i play 50-1 12 tables as my base game and will go to good games vs donks up to any stakes I believe I was down only about 40-50 buy ins at 50-1 though looking over alot of the hands it wasnt just me playing as bad as you would think i was running above 5bb 100 across all stakes i played then it went down to as low as 2.4 across the board what ive done is played very very little over the last week or so and ive tried restudying things more and shifting back to sngs some or tournies or just things to change things up and change gears even though my emotions have changed which have hurt me theres things you can do to best focus on your goals, and 1 last thing id suggest is to just come up with new goals every couple weeks or months and c how you do during it gl
