IANAL but if you have a lease then doesn't the foreclosing bank still have to honor it? Isn't it the same as if your landlord had sold the house?

Just understand that you most likely have zero rights or valid claims to the home as foreclosures are special from a legal sense so your lease probably means dick. J |
