DF,

good one, but i have limited experience with the suitcase deads, mostly because i thought they were brutal.

ab work is ok for me for the most part, except knees to elbows hanging from a pullup bar make me want to cry when they have to be done for any sort of volume. [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] J.

Ooh that's one of my favorite things these days!

Mmm I guess I hate good mornings. Also grip work.

I pretty much love everything except stuff that feels like it's going to injure me which is a lot these days. Bench press is one of the worst for me right now cuz I feel like I'm gonna hurt myself rather than work the muscle which is a [censored] feeling.

dips, I [censored] hate dips

I'm surprised nobody wrote cardio, I hate [censored] running on a treadmill or an elliptical like a [censored] hamster in a cage. jesus christ just tilts me thinking about tomorrow morning.

surf,

try and do ring dips and then go back to regular dips and you will love them. i actually look forward to regular dips now.

as far as cardio goes (if you are talking about the moderate intensity 30 to 45 min type) then use a video ipod and watch something good. seriously i look forward to some daily cardio just as a break and a way to catch up on some good tv or a movie on the small screen. J.
