Denzel is also the first name that comes to mind. He does have Sid 6.7 (now known as Virtuosity). This movie has two great actors in the same movie, but it is really bad (the other great actor is Russell Crowe).

Edward Norton has made a lot of amazing movies. There's a handful of his movies that I haven't seen so I'm not sure if he completely fits the "can't make a bad movie" shoe, but when I see he's in a movie I bump its credibility up a notch.

I think Crowe is a good choice, he makes so many good movies.

This may sound weird, but Harrison Ford comes to mind. He does a lot of mediocre movies, but hardly any out right bad ones, in my opinion.

Deniro is a good choice...Can't think of any bad movies he's done, except maybe Meet the Parents1/2, but I thought those were funny.

Pacino, same thing, although I think he's done more worse movies than Deniro.

This is terribly wrong IMO. Hollywood Homicide, Firewall, Six Days Seven Nights were all terrible. He hasn't made a really good movie since The Fugitive.
