Weird, I was just thinking I tip bartenders and servers too much. We just gave a waiter $30 on a $130 bill at the Palm in AC

Edit: I don't know if it was really worth $160 for the two of us, but it was pretty close, 14 oz filet mignon was pretty awesome

$30 on $130 is nice, but it's so little above the baseline amount in dollars that it's not worth stressing over. 20% (standard tip at a nice place for GOOD to EXCELLENT service, which you should absolutely expect for an expensive meal) is $26.
