yes, really. as fellow mod dids says "critical thinking" or whatever. (god i hate that every mod who passed 5th grade goes on rants about critical thinking.)

we can ban anyone, anywhere. rules state that we are not supposed to ban out of forum, unless it's a spammer.

what a person can't do is take actual moderating actions outside of forums they moderate. that is, the software doesn't allow us to delete, lock, edit, or move posts that are not in forums we moderate.
