i play 10/20 nl and tip like 1 dollar for larger pots, nothing for smaller pots. Sometimes 2 dollars for a monster pot.

I dont really feel bad for the poker dealers, they have a very sweet job. They get like $40 an hour for something that requires pretty minimal education. It really isnt that bad relative to some other jobs I can think of. Imagine working a toll booth.. those guys dont get tipped!
