Villain is unknown, so I am thinking a check here is best.

You have shown nothing but strength and Villain seems happy to call you down.

EDIT:
I can not see too many hands that call our turn bet and will call a value bet on the river that we beat.

On top of this the sizing of the vb is going to be a nightmare given stack sizes.

If you vb half pot, can you fold to a shove?

agree w/ moss that if you bet you shouldn't shove just because it looks so strong. I would be more inclined to check because there are definitely people that play two pair/set cautiously on a monotone flop and you have no reads.
