They're usually repetitive enough that I can figure out simple hand shifts and what works and what doesn't. Medium to Hard is definitely the biggest and most difficult transition in the game. It would be cool if there was a level in between with the 5th fret, but otherwise no additional difficulty piled on top of that.

Good tip practicing on the bass parts.
