Against an extremely LAG and huge bluffer who is drunk... insta-call.

Against a normal player.. simple math, and your gut feeling. The pot is 10 + 7.50 + (7.50 + 8.50) = 33.50. You have to call 8.50.. about 4-1. Even if he has the flush, You have 10 outs for a boat or quads. Call.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe he only has 4 outs to a boat, 3 kings and 1 eight. but if he's LAGgy and drunk, it's a call i think.

He has 9 outs to a boat and 1 out to quads (10 outs).

Boat - 3 kings, 3 sevens, and 3 deuces
Quads - 1 eight

Thanks a lot guys, off course I called him and he had the flush (Q3?) but lucky for me a 7 hits the river and this drunk keeps whining all night and telling me how bad I am!
