Fence with those spade shaped spikes at the top. Guy apparently fell on it and the spike is sticking through his chin and out his mouth. Jaws of life are used to cut away fence. Nothing extremely graphic in terms of blood and gore, but it's tough to look at.

I'm surprised they didn't stabilize the portion of the fence he was impaled on before cutting it loose.

If I'm that guy, I'd like a little less videotaping and a little more urgency once I'm mobile.
