euro, as long as the rake is capped at 2 EUR or 2.25 or something, or use the same system as iPoker, where games are in USD, but your account is in EUR, and the same exchange rate is used both ways for taking money to/from tables.

US-friendly sites should do this as well, actually. Removing the most significant incentive for Europeans to play on American sites would almost restore the pre-UIGEA status quo to American sharks preying on American fish, with random Europeans thrown in for comic relief.
