I mostly agree if we assume that it was only a handful of players that got knocked off. We don't know that though. Would be interesting if FT had numbers on how many got knocked off and how many were able to continue playing.
If only 2 or 3 out of 50 of their players got knocked-off then yeah...probably no refund is in order.

But FT did more than just "not doing anything.
Closing his account because he was cussing them out at their lack of response seems a bit strange. Don't they get foul-mouthed e-mails from ticked-off customers all the time?
If they keep his funds because of that then that is even stranger.
