You could say in chat "Ughhh I guess you have a T. Well I'll just give you all my money. I guess I will just go all in" and he will think you have a set and fold a T. Or you could just check.

I think pushing here is > checking. Betting and calling a push is terrible.

If you push here villain might fold an overpair. If he won't, you still got outs. Boats and Ts are such a small part of his range.
