It's allowed heads up in a cash game and in a tournament which is down to two players.

I don't know for sure but I'm willing to bet that it's not allowed in Europe.

Personally, I don't like it for lower limits because I think it can lead to serious angleshooting against a novice player who thinks he was called.

I allow it my home game because if you can't handle angleshooting, then you shouldn't be at my home game.
