Default NL100 - Overplayed my hand? [set on a scary river]

guy was 52/6/0.3 and i knew he is going to check his Ax or whatever, but I also knew flushdraws are probably big part of his range. what to do? c/f, because he is never bluffing?

i could fold if he shoved the river pretty easily (i was pretty sure he is never bluffing there ever), but I didn't want to lose value from some crappy ace/two pair/good ace.

I like it, plenty of hands he can have that you beat. Only thing is, I think I bet a little under the pot (~90%) as your bet might encourage him to fold his 1 pair hands, fearing the flush from you.

He has you beat a fair amount, but overall I think committing will return a decent amount of value.
