Read dependent. No matter what its an all-in or fold situation. Raiser just put in 1/3 of their chips and you have only 11 BB's left. You want the others to go away if you're in this with 99.

If you feel they are shoving with any 2 good cards, you may be ahead on a coinflip. If its a solid, very tight player I would fold as they may be setting up a trap with AA, KK or such. Having that little in chips and only going in with a standard raise with 5 players to go is fishy. Either baiting the hook or a bad player.
