I can't believe I'm saying this but Big Shots is pretty awesome. Every week I find myself looking forward to it more and more.

I was actually going to comment that Big Shots is just Desperate Housewives with dudes, but it seems everybody has already made that observation. I guess it's really that obvious.

fwiw I haven't watched either show except for maybe a few minutes of Big Shots, but I already don't like the show because of Joshua Malina. that guy is super gay. Kevin Spacey gay. and he kind of reminds me of what Bob Saget and Rick Moranis's love-child would look like (edit: you can probably throw Steven Colbert into that mix, too.)

not really a plausible big shot imo. he's just a nerdlinger that should be engaged in some queer pseudo-political dialogue and/or "witty banter" with CJ Craig.

the character he plays is a bit of a pussy too though; it's not like hes banging every supermodel in the city. michael vartan is pretty cool. and that guy with black hair is a pimp.

Have to agree with this. I watched both after reading this thread and stuck with big shots and it has definitely grown on me.

Is dirty sexy money worth getting caught up on?

I actually think DSM is pretty good. Though the premise of the show obvious centers on the superficiality of the Darling lifestyle, there are some good possibilities for future character development.

Plus the women are freaking beautiful.
