He just called your minraise preflop so he might not have much, maybe he just wanted to see his small pocketpairs make a set, or he had an ace/king with a low kicker. I'm not sure what you're onto. He didn't minraise PF, he raised the usual 4x BB. Where does your ''2bet'' come from?

I'd probably put this guy on another pocket pair, something like 8-8, 9-9, T-T and maybe Jacks (that'd be weird play). He might also have a flushdraw (surprisingly many bet their draws on flop). I'd push here.
