wow, the bears might just step up here...i mean, pennington has a proven track record, and with some of the dolts teams have at QB, u'd figure pennington would get some looks...

that being said, i'd feel a bit sad since this is a guy who is fairly easy to like imo...also, if clemens doesn't work out, this really puts us in a hole as the QB spot will have to be addressed in the draft and we already have glaring holes at DL/LB...

still, if it does go through, i don't see how we get anything better than a 3rd imo, which isn't terrible, but meh
