I don't think the bro can bring people back from the dead, just heal them from the sis's virus.

Does Sylar know someone's power before he takes it? I can't remember if he knows unless he sees it first. (He knows they have one, but does he know what it is?)

i meant bring them back after she kills them, not just bring back anyone.

and i wasn't under the impresssion that sylar could tell if someone had a power, just if he saw them using a power or if he got their name from suresh's list, am i wrong?
