This is what I logged in to see.

Why has my account been locked? I only had around 600 dollars in it.

Can anyone tell me how to increase my ATM limit to over 620/day? I saw one poster say he can do 1240 but I haven't seen that option on their site anywhere.

Also chalk me up for the side that always uses "checking" when using the ATM

Has anyone tried creating an account lately? My bank denied allowing me to create an account because they said the site has been marked as a fraudalent site. Anyone now anything about this? If I can't use this then how can I transfer funds out of a site like UB without using check. Yes I know I will probably have trouble removing funds from UB.

Anybody else having exceptionally long delays withdrawing from epass right now? One withdrawal from 10/15 still hasn't hit my bank.

Does anyone know which Prepaid Visa debit cards work on Epassporte? I've tried using one from my local walmart and it is unable to be authorized by Epassporte.

Does anyone know if this is usual...

I just pasted the pending date of my first deposit. The pending part no longer displays when I log in, yet I have no money at epassport as of yet, I don't have access to the additional 'my account' features, and the money transferred out of my bank account over 10 days ago.

Does it not say 'pending' anymore because their estimated date has passed or is it something else? I'll wait a couple more days to call them cause I really don't feel like holding for another 45 minutes, and they never respond to emails.
