Small Blind calls your raise OOP with a mid-stack, don't know if he does this with anything else than a pocket or a good Ace (AJs at least probably).
JT is possible, but unlikely because of the preflop call.
33 is another possibility.
He could also have some sort of killer combo draw, for example AT of diamonds.
I think his range is pretty tight and there aren't many hands you beat. You're offered less than 1 to 2 pot-odds, so folding this is reasonable.

You need a read on the player for this. What is he limping/calling with PF that beats you? Without a read I fold, hate myself for doing so, and make a note.
