Preflop good, flop is pretty even with waiting to turn or raising in this small pot. Turn is good, your waiting worked, you get to raise.

River is a call. Maybe he had A5 or set or hit two pair somewhere along the line. That donk is so weird it's a big hand or either a bluff on a potential scare card or maybe even AT+ often enough so I call.

Notice though that the straight draw is not what you are worried about at all on the flop. If he's a TAG I wouldn't expect him to call an UTG raise for a HU pot too often with 65 or 54 off-suit, maybe suited ones if feeling lucky but certainly not off-suit(?). The odds are that your single opponent doesn't have the flush draw either.

Hence, you should also bet the river if checked to and give credit to a c/r and only call that.
