actually, this feat has already been accomplished.
I'm pretty sure ADZ ran 600$ into millions in <1 year. Leatherass was playing 1/2nl in april and has won >600k since and will certainly pass $1M before next april. Anyone who can win $1.2M in a year playing cash games can do this. This feat is not as much a test of poker skill as a test of discipline.
